Job Duties *

Identify potential medical professionals and to develop relationships for new business; Develop patient retention strategies and build long-term relationships with new corporate clients; Review market trends & competitive threats as well as to identify needs & opportunities for business development; Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development and KPIs to Management; Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns such as healthcare product launches, opening ceremonies of new clinics, health talks, health screening programs, vaccination programs, etc.; Work closely with in-house designers in preparing promotional materials such as posters, catalogs, leaflets, mailers and other POP materials; Identify cross-promotion opportunities and organize partnership programs to maximize exposure and expand business; Gather marketing intelligence for business development plans with detailed analysis; Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills

Degree holder with 3 years marketing and business development experience, preferably gained from medical or healthcare industries Hands-on experience in online marketing preferred; Excellent project management & problem-solving skills with high integrity & commercial sense; Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration; Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin; Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; * Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
