Assist Operation Officer / Inspector on crew deployment to meet contingent operation needs; Operate a computerized operation management system which captures data on daily availability of buses and crew; Based on the daily bus and crew situation, execute non-scheduled assignment of crew and buses to avoid service gaps and optimize resources deployment ; Maintain an updated log on buses parked overnight at depot / bus terminus to facilitate early morning dispatches; Handle passenger lost properties; Required to perform early morning shift and roster duties
