•Assist Japanese Chef in planning, menu creation and design, cost control, production, preparation and presentation of menus. •Create high quality sashimi and sushi with authentic Japanese style including cooking rice, rolling sushi and related food items •Deliver the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen operations • Customize our member’s orders effectively and accurately while delivering exceptional guest experiences •Maintain the hygiene level to HACCP standards & procedures, kitchen equipment and follow up relevant issues •Maintain the cleanliness of food storage areas and manage food storage in accordance with the Club’s standards and conduct stock take on regular basis
