Job Duties *

•Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in Western All Day dining restaurant (The Rock) •Be responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant •Lead the set-up and decoration work of the Restaurant •Train new staff members in accordance to established guidelines •Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions •Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant •於西餐廳 (大石鼓) 為會員及其客人提供優質的餐飲服務 •確保負責的宴會廳能提供有效率的服務及流暢的服務程序 •負責餐廳的設置和裝飾工作 •按照既定服務準則培訓新的員工 •保持高質量的服務標準從而實現高水平的顧客滿意度 •維持餐廳內高水平衛生和質量標準

Skills

•5 years' related restaurant experience is required •Experience in hotels & clubs. •Good communication skills in both English and Chinese •五年或以上於酒店/會所/餐廳餐飲服務經驗 •良好粵語及英語, 一般普通話
