Job Duties *

-為本地及海外顧客提供物業租務代理服務(主要為辦公室)
-建立並更新租盤資料以協助業務推廣
-處理客戶查詢，提供專業物業租務代理服務。協助業主及租客租約條款之相議，起草租約及在相議中協調雙方
-聯絡現有及過去客戶尋找生意機會
-協助公司市場部推廣工作

-Provide property leasing consultancy services (mainly commercial properties) for local and overseas clients.
-Maintain comprehensive property portfolio. Keep relevant information up-to-date to facilitate service provided.
-Handle enquiry from clients and provide professional property leasing advice. Assist in terms negotiation between landlords and clients. Draft tenancy agreement and coordinate between parties for the whole business cycle.
-Warm call clients in company database for repeated business.
-Assist in marketing campaigns for brand building.

Skills

-大專以上學歷
-一至兩年物業租務經驗，有銀行、金融及保險銷售經驗亦會考慮
-持有效由地產代理監管局發出之營業員牌照，申請者如無相關牌照但有志於行業發展亦會考慮
-良好人際、溝通及顧客服務能力
-較有經驗申請者可被聘請為團隊主管

-Non-degree tertiary or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
-1-2 property leasing experience preferred. Candidates with sales & BD experience gained in Banking, Finance or Insurance are also welcomed.
-Holder of valid EAA License. Fresh graduates or inexperienced candidates without License but showing strong interest in the field will also be considered.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer services skills.
-Candidates with more experience will be considered as Team Lead.
