-Assist on managing all aspects of the reception to functions in accordance with hotel standards
-Supervise the reception team to ensure professional services are provided and achieve highest level of guest satisfaction
-Coach the team to ensure brand standards and sequence of service components are executed with precision
-Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings
-Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers' expectations
-Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

-根據酒店標準協助管理餐廳接待員團隊
-負責監督接待員團隊，以確保服務質素達致最高的客人滿意度
-為團隊成員提供培訓，准確執行酒店標準和相關服務守則
