職責 *

1.Handle end-to-end recruitment for both frontline and corporate staff included but not limited to posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, preparing hiring proposal, making offer as well as handling onboarding process
2.Coordinate various recruitment activities like job fair, career talk and recruitment day
3.Research job market trend and explore various recruitment channels
4.Update and maintain recruitment database to facilitate recruitment analysis
5.Coordinate with C&B Team and new hires to ensure personnel and related documents are collected and managed effectively
6.Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics for management review
7.Perform recruitment and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

要求技能

-A minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience in handling recruitment
-Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
-Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances in Hong Kong
-Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
-Solid experience in a process-oriented role with an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneous
-Self-motivated, work independent, responsible, well organized and detail-minded
-Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
-Immediate availability will be an advantage
