職責 *

-Perform professional support on network, system, hardware devices, software and application systems
-Perform general administrative and daily operation support to office and frontline
-Provide system support on computer operations, Windows, Outlook, CCTV, Printers, Scanners and POS system etc;
-Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service
-Be comfortable managing backups, software upgrades, disk space, monitoring, file permissions, and other core services in the compute environment.
-Assist in other ad hoc matters or additional duties as assigned

要求技能

-Diploma in Computer Science/IT or related disciplines
-Fluent in spoken and written in English and Chinese
1--3 years+ experience providing IT support in a medium sized organization
-Dependable and solid troubleshooting & diagnostics skills
-Self-starter. You are confident in your skills and can perform with minimal supervision.
