職責 *

-Research for market trends to create new designs and concepts for product development;
-Responsible for the “why” of the product and what to build next and ensure that they are in line with business objectives and make adjustments when necessary;
-As a project leader for NPD (new product development) on technical side
-Provide packaging input and evaluating best packaging alternatives for NPD or improvements
-Responsible for packaging related trials and reporting
P-repare technical specifications, documents and instructions for manufacturing and other documents for audit and deliverables
-Conduct materials substitution and cost optimization projects
-Handle different design jobs in product packaging, instruction manual layout, , advertisement, photo

要求技能

-Degree/Diploma holder in Graphic Design/Art or related disciplines
-Minimum 3 years solid experience in graphic, packaging design and printing production;
-Strong in graphic sense, creative and conceptual skills
-Good drawing skills will be an advantage;
-Proficient in using Adobe tools – CS5/CC in pc (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects),
-Knowledge in Flash and Lotus Notes is an advantage;
-Self-motivated and being able to work under pressure and fast environment;
-Able to meet tight deadlines and multitasking
-Creative, efficient, hard-working and detail-oriented
