-Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
-Deliver guest letters, messages, parcels, mails and newspapers to hostel guests and internal documents to concerned department
-Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries

要求技能

-Form 5 or above with certificate in hospitality management is an advantage;
-1 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred;
-Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
-Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua
