-Handle all incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner;
-Provide efficient message, relay job order and paging services for all departments;
-Ensure all related equipment is functioning in order.

-Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
-1 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred;
-Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills;
-Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
-Fresh graduate will also be considered.
