- Handle all incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner;
- Provide efficient message, relay job order and paging services for all departments;
- Ensure all related equipment is functioning in order.

9.4 working hours per day, 5-6 working days per week, shift duty & rotate day off
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
- 1 year or above relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred;
- Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills;
-Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
