- Monitor the healthiness of system and provide helpdesk support
- Perform first line problem detection and escalation and perform day-to-day operation support related duties of the system

Mon-Sun: 24 hours on shifts (3shifts per day), 8 working hours per day, 5 working days per week
- Relevant IT experience with 2 years or above
- Experience in support and operation on server or network components
- Experience in IT operations management or data center operations management
- Willing to work on shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
