- Liaise with internal and external departments, including teammates, sales and customers to arrange the schedule of piano tuning
- Coordinate, monitor and guide the technicians to ensure their services level can achieve the company requirements
- Maintain accurate record in system
- Enhance Customer Loyalty level
- Monitor daily customer services and handle exception cases
- Participate in system application and optimization assistance
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assigned

Mon-Sun: 8 working hours per day, 5 working days per week, shift duty
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- At least 1 years CS / Sales experience
- Experience in aftersales services is highly preferred
- Knowledge of CRM system, public transport or HK route arrangement is an advantage
- Typing speed at least 30WPM in Chinese
- Detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
- A good team player with can-do attitude
- Average 5 days work per week
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as CS Assistant Officer
