- Plan and organize and implement brand related & product training program
- Identify training needs, design, develop, deliver and review training materials & programs to enhance staff & organization performance in terms of products, sales, services, operations, etc, to in line with corporate goals & objectives
- Review, refine and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Improve sales KPIs by identifying training needs for retail staff and provide regular feedback
- Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring retail staff product knowledge through frequent shop visit
- Act as a mentor towards retail staff for the challenge they face on job
- Regular review and improve training program and materials
