- Ensure smooth running of Logistics warehouse
- Implementation and execution of logistics solutions at operational level to meet customer’s requirement
- Maintain customer’s satisfactions and good rapport through service performance, regular dialog and meetings with customers
- Lead in discussions to negotiate rates and agreement terms to ensure commercial acceptability without risk, fitness for purpose & value
- Monitor subcontractor performance, and develop improvement plan with subcontractor for rectification of performance issues in compliance with Company standard

Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm, 5-5.5 working days per week
- Form 7 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
- More than 3 years working experience in logistics operations of which at least 2 years in managerial level.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Good presentation skill, able to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple way
- Good leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel
- With SAP system experience is preferable
