Job Purpose
This position is accountable for carrying out the Landside and Check in duties and ensuring quality customer services is provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide passenger reception and check-in services to our clients.
2. To provide check-in service at counter / in-town / transfer desk / Skypier.
3. To answer passenger enquiry at Airlines Service Desk.
4. To perform pre-flight and post-flight duties.
5. To perform queue combining at check-in counter / transfer desk.
6. To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter.
7. To support his / her superiors in flight disruptions and difficult passenger handling.
8. To comply with new handling requirement or procedure of customer airlines if any.
9. To adhere with company policy and standard such as grooming and uniform standard.
10. To attend training sessions, as and when required.
11. To complete other assignments allocated by his / her superior.

凌晨4時至下午2時/中午12時至下午10時/下午8時至上午6時, 每天工作 9.6 小時, 每週工作6天 ,輪班輪休; 6 days per week (9.6 hrs per day, Include 1-hour meal break), shift basis
Qualifications & Experience
1. Grade E / Level 2 or above with 5 subjects including English (syllabus B), Chinese Language & Mathematics at HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English & Cantonese and ability to communicate in Putonghua, other language is a preference.
3. Mature with good interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to providing high levels of customer service.
