職責 *

1. Upkeep the HAESL facilities in good condition with practical preventive and corrective maintenance services;
2. Provide detailed design for change request on the existing or new facilities / equipment with specification;
3. Liaise work arrangement and monitor work performance of the services and work contractors to ensure their delivered work quality;
4. Plan and arrange the manpower deployment and departmental cost control during the works execution;
5. Maintain air conditioning equipment & automatic plant systems in good conditions; and
6. Provide energy saving opportunities to lower down the company operating cost.

要求技能

1. Degree/Higher Diploma in Building; Services/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or above;
2. At least 6 years' relevant experience in plant maintenance, property management, consultancy or project management;
3. Experience in operating air conditioning plant and its automatic system, together with maintenance exposure in related equipment items is an advantage;
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill
