-Supervise and operate the team to maintain the daily operations;
-Monitor the cleaning service and processes in F&B outlets and -Kitchen to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards;
-Maintain and store the operations equipment & cleaning supplies with adequate inventory;
-Scheduling of roster for operations needs;
-Other duties as assigned;
