職責 *

-負責管理停車場之日常運作、出席法團會議、跟進車位租約相關事宜、處理客戶查詢及投訴、人手編配及管理、處理突發事件、協助經理執行其他獲指派工作 -Take responsibility in managing carpark operations -Participate in regular meetings -Handle carpark leasing and management -Handle customer enquiries and complaints -Manpower deployment and supervise the overall performance of team -Handling emergencies -Assisting Manager to handle ad hoc projects

要求技能

-2年或以上物業管理或客戶服務經驗 -良好客戶服務技巧 -良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文 -具有基本電腦操作知識 -持有效駕駛執照優先考慮 -2 years’ experience in property management or customer service -Excellent client relationship management -Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese -Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing -Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving Licence is preferred -Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer (Carpark)
