•Greet and serve our Members and their guests in a professional manner at our Chinese Premium Restaurant •Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking •Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation •Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining Members' records in the system •Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times •Responsible for menu printing related matters
