Job Duties *

- Assist in the planning and implementation of investor relations and media relations activities such as investor meetings, press conferences, investment forums, corporate road shows, etc. - Assist in preparing presentation materials and corporate collateral such as the Chairman’s Statement & MD&A of interim/annual reports, PPT presentations, brochures, videos, press releases, articles, speeches, Q&A, newsletters, etc. - Conduct in-depth market research on key industry trends and prepare industry analysis - Prepare competitive landscape analysis and benchmarking and provide valuable inputs to the Group's growth strategies

Skills

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Communication, Business Administration or related disciplines - 5 years' working experience in Investor Relations, Accounting, Finance, preferably gained in listed companies, financial PR agencies, financial institutions or investment banking - Experience and knowledge in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry an advantage - Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills - Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) - Proficiency in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office * Candidates with less experience will be considered as Investor Relations Officer
