－ 透過電話為客戶提供服務，包括處理查詢及安排緊急維修
－ 跟進客戶之要求及編排維修工作予前線技術員
－ 資料輸入及簡單文書工作
－可能需要輪班職責，包括通宵班
－ 在職者以非全日制方式聘用，實際工作時間視乎運作需要而定
－歡迎應屆畢業生/大學生

Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:
－Provide professional and efficient customer service support , including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
－ Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
－Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
－Shift duties, including overnight shift may be required
－ The incumbent will be hired on part-time basis, and the actual working hours are subject to operational requirements and to be arranged by the department
－ Fresh graduates / university students will be considered

要求技能

· 具良好的溝通技巧及客戶服務態度
· 熟識中英文電腦操作及中文輸入法
· 可即時上班者優先
· 中三或以上學歷
· 良好粵語會話能力
· 懂閱讀及書寫中文及英文
· 有呼叫中心或客戶服務相關工作經驗者優先
· 熟悉電腦應用軟件，如MS Office和中文文字處理

· Form 3 or above
· Relevant working experience in call centre or customer services is highly preferred
· Excellent telephone manner, good customer-orientation and communication skills
· Pleasant, mature, independent, with strong sense of responsibility
·Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
·Sound knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
· Work location is Quarry Bay
· Immediate available an advantage
