• Handle general customer enquiries and incoming calls
• Document record filing
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer’s enquiries
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (with around 1-hour lunch break)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Have 2 years' experience or above in Customer Services will be preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Basic PC literacy in Microsoft Applications
