職責 *

Maintain a professional and high standard of customer service by following procedures and policies and working cheerfully with customers.
Handle complicated or escalated customer complaints/cases by applying established procedures, exercising judgment, and consulting with appropriate internal parties as necessary.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Assign job orders to relevant staff members.
Provide clerical and administrative support and perform other duties as needed.
Participate in special projects and events.
