• Handle general customer enquiries and incoming calls
• Document record filing
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer’s enquiries
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

09:00-18:00, 9 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Have 1 year experience or above in Customer Services will be preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Basic PC literacy in Microsoft Applications
