Provide excellent and consistent customer service to our customers.
Recommend wine pairing according to guests’ preference, food and season.
Serve wine in professional manner and strictly with standards and procedures.
Review the wine list and make recommendations on wine selections.
Ensure the stock level of all wine and other liquors.
Provide service training and wine knowledge.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

3 years’ relevant working experience in relevant position.
Holder of WSET Level 2 Certificate or above.
Familiar with global wine knowledge and trend.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
