Job Duties *

Responsible for providing our guest the best experience by serving the classic and signature cocktails.
Provide spirits recommendations according to guest’s preference in professional manner.
Ensure the stock level of all liquors.
Develop signature cocktail recipe & SOP and deliver the training to bar member.
Maintain the standard of hygiene to fulfill the legislation request.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

Skills

At least 1 year relevant working experience.
Familiar with global spirits knowledge and trend.
Strong sense in cocktail creation is a definitely advantage.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Cantonese or English.
