- To update reservations records and compile statistics report;
- To ensure the accuracy of the data and monitor the database of Opera system;
- To co-ordinate with different internal and external parties for the incoming and outing reservations records

- Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent;
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred;
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working; experience in hotel reservations;
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command in spoken and written; English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Immediate available is preferable
