- HKDSE or equivalent; Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred;
- 1 year of telephone operator experience is preferred;
- Cheerful personality with good telephone manner and communication skills;
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Immediate available is preferable;
- Fresh graduate welcome
