職責 *

Reporting to the Group Head of Legal & Company Secretary, the incumbent will provide professional legal advice, services and support to the Group, its subsidiaries and associated companies on legal, regulatory and compliance matters Job Responsibilities • Responsible for drafting, scrutinizing and negotiations on general corporate and commercial agreements as well as other legal documents • Administer corporate governance, legal compliance and internal legal policies • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and guidelines and seek advice from appropriate authorities in various jurisdictions when needed • Liaise with regulatory authorities and professional firms and manage external counsel • Play an advisory role for all investment transactions, corporate acquisitions and disposals as well as new business initiatives

要求技能

• Qualified Hong Kong lawyer with at least 3 years' post qualification experience • Solid experience in commercial and corporate matters including corporate finance • Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and other compliance regulations will be highly regarded • Good drafting skills in commercial and corporate documents • Exposure in PRC transactions is preferred • Responsible, independent, analytical with excellent communications and inter-personal skills • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
